Offering great prospects and a modern work environment at our Southport office, the successful candidate will be rewarded with long term ongoing professional growth. Duties will include;

- Assisting tenants with rental enquiries

- Maintaining high level communication with tenants

- Assisting the Property Manager with daily tasks such as inspections, leasing and maintenance

The preferred candidate will have;

• High attention to detail with a methodical approach

• Strong time management skills

• Impeccable phone manner

• High level communication skills both verbal & written

• Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service

• Current Real Estate Certificate

• Drivers licence and own reliable car (company car available during office hours)

• Professional personal presentation

• A desire to grow their knowledge and excel in Property Management

• Strong belief in our company values and culture

• Salary negotiable with experience

• PropertyMe and InspectRealEstate Experience an asset but not required
