We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and motivated Assistant Property Manager who has been in a similar role for 1-2 years to join our professional onsite management team at a large, prestigious complex on the Gold Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for property management and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for tenant communication, ensuring timely and professional responses

Coordinate and conduct routine property inspections, maintaining a high standard of compliance and presentation

Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and following up on property maintenance and repairs

Liaise with contractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to ensure work is completed to standard and on time

Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative property management duties

Support the Senior Property Manager in delivering a seamless resident experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in property management, ideally in an assistant or onsite role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (QLD)

Proficiency in property management software (Console Cloud is preferred but not essential)
