ABOUT THE COMPANY

Thanks to well-established relationships with high-profile clients, the company has secured exciting projects for 2025. As a result, they are now seeking an experienced Estimator to support tender submissions and help win commercial D&C projects for the Sydney Division.

ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role, you will work closely with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, and delivery teams to measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and prepare tender submissions. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects, playing a key role in the company’s continued growth and development.

DUTIES

• Prepare tenders, take-offs, and cost estimates
• Review supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive proposals
• Collaborate with senior estimators to develop budgets and cost breakdowns
• Maintain accurate project cost records and assist with bid presentations
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure project success

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience estimating commercial D&C fit-out projects is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
