We're seeking an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to join the team at one of our iconic venues. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead our innovative restaurant concept and collaborate closely with our Head Chef and Group Executive Chef.

Your Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring top-tier food quality, smooth service, and a vibrant, collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Head Chef in kitchen setup, food prep, and plating.

Leading the team with weekly rosters, training, and mentoring.

Managing inventory, food orders, and ingredient quality.

Innovating recipes and catering to diverse dietary needs.

Maintaining high standards of kitchen safety and compliance.

Contributing to the creation of an unforgettable dining experience.

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 year of experience in a similar environment.

Expertise in cooking methods, ingredients, and industry best practices.

A proven track record of kitchen and staff management.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
