SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - WELSHPOOL WA

Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive products into the mining and 4WD market requires an energetic and motivated Sales Support Representative for a newly created role within their business based in Welshpool.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for sales, and a keen interest in the automotive accessories / aftersales and 4WD market and thrive in a supportive team environment. The role will require you to cover all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation through to after-sales service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate new and follow up on existing leads. Cold calling to generate new business.
• Managing and building relationships with existing clients to maximise sales revenue.
• Outbound phone sales specialising in the mining and 4WD sector.
• Receiving leads from the website and contacting customers in a timely manner.
• Strong and accurate data management skills in relation to website and data entry management.
• Providing admin sales support.
• Providing support to the team as required.

On Offer:

• Based in Welshpool with on-site parking.
• Annual salary package: $60k - $65k plus super (dependent on experience).
• 38-hour work week.

About you:

• Previous sales experience highly desirable, as well as a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
• Possess a friendly and confident manner and ability to conduct phone and face-to-face sales.
• Some knowledge of the automotive aftersales products and 4WD industries.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail in data management.
• Team-oriented, with a desire to support and be supported.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

Essential Requirements

• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday to Friday.
