Identify and secure new group & catering opportunities, using technology and your straightforward with a wink approach to showcase staying at Aloft different, by design.

Handle and follow up with event enquiries, demonstrating your open thinking and expression to anticipate our guest needs

Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements

Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by enhancing their experiences and moving at the pace of our guests

Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion – showcasing your sassy and savvy personality

Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking

Act as an Aloft ambassador and promote awareness for the distinctive hotel

Facilitate the design and creation of printed material, payment posting and other general administration support
