Position: Sales Leader

Location: Guildford, WA

Reports to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Lead, educate and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Support Club Managers to achieve KPI's and targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Demonstrate ability to train and educate the sales team on best practices and new initiatives.

Able to influence stakeholders to improve targeted marketing campaigns and unique selling points.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness industry.

A natural people person, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
