Your new job
This role is responsible for the coordination and design of processes to source, attract, evaluate and recruit suitable candidates to Council and assists with Counci's employee engagement and wellbeing strategies.

Based in the award winning town of Mudgee, NSW
You
Hold a Certificate IV in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications and/or experience.
Have experience in a HR environment, with particular emphasis on recruitment techniques and talent acquisition, streamlining recruitment processes, project management and communication and engagement.
Have demonstrated knowledge of, and the ability to interpret employment-related legislation, industrial instruments, policies, procedures and processes.
The salary range being offered for this full-time position is $3,151- $3,547 gross per fortnight plus superannuation which equates to an annual salary of $81,946- $92,222 gross plus superannuation (dependent on skills, qualifications and experience).
