Franchise Operations Business Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Franchise Operations Business Consultant ( BDM ) to enhance our franchise operations and drive business growth. As part of our team, your role will be crucial in supporting franchisees and ensuring compliance across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, collaborative relationships with franchisees and store teams through regular site visits.

Act as a trusted liaison between stores and the 107 operations team.

Uphold and enforce brand standards to ensure exceptional, consistent customer experiences.

Implement and maintain governance and compliance across store operations.

Identify and manage risks related to store operations.

Review store performance data, including break-even points and financial reports.

Use data-driven insights to implement profitability and performance strategies.

Support stores in reaching key business KPIs.

Evaluate customer satisfaction and lead initiatives to drive retention and loyalty.

Promote a customer-first mindset across the network.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development across store teams.

Help shape the franchise support function within our corporate office.

Oversee and support multiple stores to ensure high standards of service and product quality.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and brand positioning
