A Project Manager is sought by an established National Commercial Fit Out Contractor to manage a high end $10 million commercial office fit out commencing in May.

Initial project a $10 million corporate commercial office fit out

$160k to $200K package

Reporting to a Director, managing a Supervisor, CA, PC and Cadet

Focus on fit out projects in the $5 million to $50 million range

Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025/26

You will have:

A Construction Management Degree or similar

Previous project management experience with Principal Head Commercial Fit Out Contractor in Sydney, CA's/ PC's that have managed small projects and are transitioning in project management are welcomed.

Commercial or government experience on projects over $5 million in the Sydney market is highly desirable

MS Project and Procore experience sought

A steady career history and proven construction management background
