Legacy Building & Construction is on the hunt for a Leading Supervisor to join our growing team. If you know your way around a building site, can juggle trades, clients, and material orders without breaking a sweat (or at least hiding it well), then you might just be our next legend.

What’s the gig?

Supervise job sites (and look impressive doing it)

Organise employees and subcontractors like a Tetris master

Order materials (bonus points if you don’t forget anything)

Knock out minor carpentry works when needed

Chat with clients (preferably without a mouth full of meat pie)

Keep jobs moving smoothly and spirits high

Estimating is a big plus — if you can help quote jobs using our program, you’ll be a standout!

What we’d love you to bring:

Tech-savvy skills – you’ll need to be confident with apps, programs, and modern site systems.

QBCC Supervisor Licence – not essential but highly regarded (we love a bonus).

Carpentry Cert III – desirable, but if you know your way around the tools, we’re all ears.

Solid experience running sites and coordinating people without causing a mutiny.

Great communication skills – both onsite and with clients.

Self-motivation – we don’t want to chase you harder than your dog chases the postie.
