Offaly Civil Engineering is a reputable Multi-disciplined civil contractor based in Gympie and expanding into the Sunshine Coast / Moreton Bay regions. Due to consistent and targeted growth with a strong pipeline local work into 2025/2026, the business is now seeking to employ an experienced ‘Hands on’ Civil Supervisor for immediate start on projects in the Caloundra area.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills;

Extensive experience in the construction of Sewerage pumpstations, Sewer gravity mains and rising mains essential.

Strong experience with potable water infrastructure, Unity Water experience highly desirable.

Proven track record managing civil crews in earthworks, utilities, concrete works & roadworks.

Must be able to set & check heights from survey bench marks. This will typically include the use of Dumpy levels, spinning lasers and pipe lasers.

Experience reading and interpreting plans.

Be able to work independently and liaise with the client on site.

Be able to facilitate implementation of quality and safety management documents and procedures.

Strong Commitment to Health & Safety.

Versatile candidate with excavator / loader / skid steer tickets experience highly desirable.

hands on approach to achieving project milestones.
