**Position Overview:**
As the Babies Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for infants aged 0-2 years. You will lead a team of passionate educators in delivering high-quality care and educational programs that support each child's individual development needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to stimulate infants' cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
- Foster strong partnerships with families, maintaining open communication and sharing children's progress and achievements.
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members in delivering exceptional care and educational experiences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
- Continuously evaluate and reflect on program effectiveness, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA).
- Previous experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
