Room Leader position Nursery- commencing ASAP

Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for an opportunity to lead and inspire? Creative Kids @ Bundaberg is seeking dedicated and experienced Diploma qualified Educator to join our dynamic team as the Nursery Room Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum/programs for individuals and groups in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Participate in promoting healthy eating and physical activities with children.

Provide meaningful and open interactions that support children's sense of belonging, being, and becoming.

Share two-way, meaningful information with families about children's progress, relationships, interests, and experiences.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, an Early Childhood degree, or be studying towards one.

Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF, and EYLF.

Have a sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for children aged 0 to 6.

Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management qualifications.

Hold a Working With Children Check clearance (or have completed the application process for a new Check).
