About the role

Are you an experienced and passionate early childhood leader ready to lead and inspire?
At Little Bright Explorers', we seek a highly motivated and experienced Room Leader/Diploma Educator to join our passionate early childhood education team in Como, WA 6152.

This full-time role will see you leading a team of educators in our toddler or kindy room in providing exceptional care and learning experiences for our young explorers.

Toddler Room Leader - We have up to 15 toddlers a day.

Kindy Room Leader - We have 20-25 children a day.

What you'll be doing

Lead and manage the room, delivering high-quality, play-based educational programs.

Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative and reflective team culture.

Plan, implement and evaluate learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Collaborate with ECT to deliver a kindergarten program in our kindy room

Building strong relationships with families and the local community

Actively contributing to the continuous improvement and Reggio-inspired practice.

What we're looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification

Substantial experience as a Room Leader or Educator in a toddler room/kindy room setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families and the team

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development

Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations

Passionate about Reggio-inspired practice
