Bethany Christian Care is a not-for-profit aged care provider established in 1949. We have two facilities: The Plains Retirement Village at Eight Mile Plains and Janoah Gardens Retirement Village at Manly West.

To enable older people to experience abundant lives through authentic Christian care, support and communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Assist in the organisation's financial management
Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reporting
Maintained aged care and independent living resident accounts in our system, including accurately recording personal and financial information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Must be willing to work Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Experience in bookkeeping and payroll.
Well-developed administrative and numeracy skills and the capacity to maintain attention to detail.
High levels of flexibility, time management and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Friendly and positive attitude.
This position would ideally suit a practicing Christian – someone who can contribute to the Facility's atmosphere of love and care and be passionate about the outworking of our Christian philosophy.

Long-established (since 1949), we own and operate aged care facilities/ retirement villages at three campuses on Brisbane's southside. Planning for a fourth campus is underway.
