As a Client Care Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring client satisfaction. You will take ownership of client issues, proactively work to find effective solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive outcomes. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and resolve client complaints through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Liaise closely with the Finance & Retention teams to understand financial implications and explore resolution options.
- Conduct thorough investigations into client issues to understand the root cause and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a client advocate within the organisation, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are addressed.
About You:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for both the client and the business.
