We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic Front of House Attendant and Tour Guide to join our team. This exciting role involves running whisky tours, serving guests in our restaurant, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across all FOH areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct guided distillery tours, Share with guests about our whisky and heritage

Deliver exceptional service in the restaurant and tasting rooms

Assist in all FOH duties including set up, service, and pack down

Represent the Callington Mill Distillery brand with passion and professionalism

Need for excellent English

Important Details:

Potential subsidized staff accommodation available (shared room concept with staff accommodation policies in place)

Accommodation is walking distance to the venue

About You:

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Hospitable, energetic, and passionate about customer service

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or whisky is highly regarded

Flexible to work across 7 days, mainly morning shifts
