Based in Yulara near the Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead travellers through some of the most breathtaking destinations in Australia. From day tours and charters to unforgettable cultural experiences, every day offers something new.
We’re hiring experienced Driver Guides as well as offering training through our Tour Guide Ready Program a fully supported, apprenticeship-style pathway for those looking to break into the industry.
What’s on Offer:
A full-time role based in Yulara/Ayers Rock
A chance to lead tours across Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon and beyond
Paid training and accreditations (for those joining via the Tour Guide Ready Program)
Housing and relocation assistance provided
Competitive hourly rate: $35–$37/hr for experienced Driver Guides
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering world-class, engaging commentary to domestic and international guests
Driving and guiding half-day and full-day tours across iconic locations
Operating shuttle and charter services
Prioritising guest safety, comfort, and unforgettable experiences
Embracing early starts, weekend shifts, and the energy of a fast-paced tourism environment
What You’ll Need (Experienced Driver Guides):
A valid HR licence
A minimum of 1 year of coach/bus driving experience
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
NT Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain)
Police and medical clearance
A love for the outdoors and strong customer service skills
