Lead Receptionist – Full Time/Part Time

Our growing allied health clinic is looking for a Lead Receptionist to join our friendly, professional team!

Located in the heart of East Perth, Spine and Sports Centre has been proudly looking after our community for over 8 years. We are passionate about providing exceptional service and care to every patient who walks through our doors.

About the role:
We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, warm, and a true people person

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Highly attentive to detail and professional in presentation

Proactive, with strong communication skills

Confident using social media (Instagram/Facebook)

No prior reception experience is required - however, previous administration or retail experience is recommended.

Important:

Commitment to 4-6 shifts per week (mornings, afternoons, and occasional Saturdays)

Stable hours offered, but rostered days may vary

Duties include:

Managing payments and patient accounts

Using and managing digital booking systems

Ordering stock and conducting stocktakes

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

Supporting our practitioners and creating a great patient experience

Assisting with basic social media posting and content creation

Overseeing day-to-day reception activities to ensure a seamless patient experience

Liaising with healthcare providers to coordinate schedules and appointments

Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

Providing administrative support to the clinical team as needed

Leading and mentoring the reception team

Contributing to process improvements for efficiency
