Your new role will be:
Meet and greet all clients and visitors
Answering & redirecting calls quickly and efficiently with a polite telephone manner
Handling of Petty Cash
Sorting of incoming & outgoing Mail
Outside banking
Filing, photocopying and scanning
Opening of new jobs
Invoicing of Service Jobs
Shopping for staff amenities
What you require to succeed:
Bright and bubbly personality
MYOB Advanced an advantage but not essential
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel experience
Able to prioritise and multi task effectively
Hold a current driver’s licence
High attention to detail without compromising time restraints
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, with your own initiative and within the team
Dependable, punctual and ability to work Monday to Friday
