Reception / Administration Assistant
Monday to Friday – excellent hourly rate
The Role
As the Reception / Administration Assistant your role will see you looking after a broad set of functions supporting the Office Manager and our internal Accountant. The main functions of the role include:
Reception
Assisting with enquiries from both suppliers and customers via both phone and email
Raising of jobs, collating paperwork, invoicing, timesheets and
Various ad-hoc administration duties
Your Background
To be successful for this opportunity you must have:
Relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to work in a small team environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong Microsoft office skills
Excellent time management skills
The enthusiasm and attitude to make the most of the opportunity
