INOVIT Wheels, a dynamic small business designing and manufacturing aftermarket alloy wheels, seeks a motivated and organized individual to fill the combined role of Bookkeeper and Office Manager.
Are you a detail-oriented self-starter with at least two years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration?
If so, we want to hear from you! In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial records, including creating purchase orders, and invoices, and processing bank reconciliations.
Collect payments from customers and ensure timely accounts receivable management.
Schedule and manage the interview process for new hires.
Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate initiative.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in common computer programs like MS Office or Google Suite.
Minimal Type Speed of 45 WPM.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Work Authorisation:
Full work right in Australia (Required)
Work Location: In person
