Create Catering www.createcatering.com.au are looking for a data analyst to work with our senior management team to streamline and improve systems and processes to create greater efficiencies.

The role

Analyse weekly reports across 20 venues to detect inefficiencies particularly in cost management. The primary focus is guiding venue managers and head chefs with weekly budgets required to meet targets.

The Role will involve:

Analysing sales data and setting budgets

Looking at sales trends both historical and real time

Analysing forecasted labour against actual labour costs

Tracking weekly spends by the restaurants against targets

Working with CEO to correct any deviations from forecasted budget to actual spend on cost of goods

Develop operational efficiencies, streamline processes and lower operational costs

Working with procurement and finance director

Provide weekly updates to HO on financial and operating performances of each venue

Thrive in a fast paced environment and can work well across different departments.

You need:

Excellent written and verbal communication tools

Ability to engage colleagues on new business processes/flow

Batchelor's degree in a field that has developed strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly excel and PowerPoint
