KP Chef Solutions Pty Ltd is a fast-growing business in Sydney, NSW specialising in providing qualified chefs, kitchen hands, front of house staff and waiting staff for hospitality businesses in the Greater Sydney area. Our aim is to make finding qualified hospitality staff simple. We strive to deliver high-quality services to all our clients and make sure they are happy with the outcome.

We require the right person to slot into our team who will assist with continual improvement and greater efficiency of our business.

This is a permanent, full-time position. You will be based in Sydney, NSW.

Key Accountabilities:

● Undertake monitoring and analysis of business operations using specialised software.

● Identify opportunities for improvement of business operations.

● Contribute to strategic decision making by coordinating activities between HR, Management, Marketing and Operations departments within the company.

● Develop workflows standard operation procedures.

● Analysing business cashflow.

● Implementing and maintaining budget systems for internal operations.

Your Application:

To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate:

Essential Requirements:

● At least 4 years of relevant experience

● Master’s degree in tourism and hospitality

● Knowledge of SPSS software

● Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

● At least Competent level of English for non-Australian applicants

● Excellent written and oral communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration:

Appointment to this role will have a total remuneration package of $95,200 comprising the base salary of $85,000 plus 12% superannuation.
