The Role

The Data Analyst would be responsible for providing the Marketing team with data-driven insights that guide marketing optimization and investment decisions. You will be accountable for providing insights and recommendations that include digital and customer and campaign analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

Work closely with stakeholders across the marketing and operations team. Development and ongoing management of data assets for marketing operations.

Customer Segmentation and Deep Dive analysis, helping the Marketing Managers with audience selection and measuring campaign effectiveness. Customer insights, profiling, and behavioural analysis including A/B testing - Conducting data analysis on large amounts of customers’ wagering data sets, identifying trends, betting patterns, client behaviour, and insights to inform business decisions.

Report automation and dashboard creation for marketing and company KPIs.

Creating reports and sports data visualisations for various Australian Sporting Bodies using Tableau.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and sectors such as Marketing, Finance, Strategy Management, and Operations to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Utilizing Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud on the admin level to manage marketing/offer communications to the customers, planned by the data team.

Must be a Permanent Resident or Australia citizen

Full Time Permanent Role - Monday to Friday

In Office role - Sydney South close to Train - No Working From Home

Bachelor Degree Qualified as a minimum

Experience - 2 years in a similar role as a minimum
