Lead the Full Cabinetry Process – From Client Consult to CNC Production

Odeion is scaling up and ready to bring cabinetry fully under one roof. We're searching for an experienced cabinetry designer and CNC specialist who’s ready to take the lead on design, production, and eventually head up Odeion’s cabinetry manufacturing division.

You'll take cabinetry from client design sessions all the way through CNC-ready shop drawings. Initially, you’ll liaise with external manufacturers, but as we scale, you'll be the one to build and lead our in-house cabinetry team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead cabinetry design sessions with clients

Measure, design, and draw cabinetry layouts using CNC-compatible software (Cabinet Vision, CabMaster, or similar)

Produce shop drawings and cut lists for manufacturing

Collaborate with our 3D design team to integrate cabinetry into client walkthroughs

Manage relationships with cut-to-size suppliers (while working toward in-house production)

Coordinate with stone suppliers and subcontracted masons to align cabinetry and benchtop installations

Oversee quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines

Play a key role in setting up Odeion’s cabinetry manufacturing division – processes, systems, leadership

What We're Looking For:

A cabinetry design expert with CNC drawing experience (Cabinet Vision, CabMaster, or similar)

Confident in client-facing design sessions

Experience with stone benchtop coordination (templating, install workflows)

Strong understanding of buildability, appliances, and services

Leadership ambition to head up our cabinetry manufacturing division

The Package:

$100,000 – $120,000 base salary

$20,000 car allowance

Up to $30,000 in performance bonuses tied to:

Cabinetry accuracy and delivery

Stone coordination success

Key milestones in setting up in-house cabinetry production

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 – $170,000

Full access to CNC systems, tools, and software

A clear leadership pathway to Head of Cabinetry Division
