We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team in Newcastle, NSW. As an integral member, you will be responsible for taking conceptual designs through to production drawings and on through production. Experience with CNC router operations and cabinetry/joinery is advantageous but not essential if you are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine conceptual designs and see through production to completion for a variety of projects, including marketing activations, commercial fitouts, kitchens, point of sale displays, and exhibition stands.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into final products.

- Produce detailed production drawings with precision and attention to manufacturing processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to enhance design innovation.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptualisation to production expertise.

- Proficiency in design software such as Ironcad, vectorworks, photoshop & illustrator, Mozaik.

- Experience with CNC router operations is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
