We’re currently looking for a friendly, compassionate, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients accessing our virtual care service, helping to create a smooth and supportive experience.

💼 Position Details:

Part-time: 12 hours per week

Shift Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

4-hour shifts each day (specific times to be discussed)

💼 What You’ll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and online chat

Schedule virtual appointments and coordinate with clinicians

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Assist with administrative tasks to support clinical and operations teams

Help patients navigate their care journey with empathy and efficiency

🙌 Who This Role Would Suit:

Someone with previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (desirable)

Or a motivated university student (especially in health, nursing, allied health, or administration) who is eager to learn and gain practical experience

A strong communicator with great attention to detail

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital health platforms
