About the role

Unique U Psychology is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team in our Malvern East office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our practice. This is a full-time position offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greet and welcome clients, both in-person and on the phone

Schedule and manage client appointments using our practice management system

Assist with client intake and file administration

Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable

Provide general administrative support to the Psychology team as required

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, preferably in a medical or allied health setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer systems and practice management software

A warm, friendly and empathetic demeanour

A genuine interest in supporting the wellbeing of our clients
