We are a family owned and operated company that specialise in fire safety throughout Victoria. We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our expanding team.
We are looking for an experienced service operations coordinator to join our growing operations team. Your day-to-day will involve keeping our schedules running smoothly and ensuring both our technicians and clients are looked after. The role is for a Permanent part-time position.
About the Role
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of task including but not limited too,
Coordinate and manage bookings for inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs.
Communicate daily with technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Use our scheduling platform (Uptick) to maintain accurate service calendars.
Send timely updates, confirmations, and reminders to clients.
Ensure our service delivery aligns with all relevant fire safety compliance standards.
Keep detailed records of inspections and service appointments.
Handle last-minute changes or urgent scheduling needs with professionalism..
Manage associated administration included inbound emails and reporting
Permanent part-time role 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday however open to full time for the right candidate
Attributes and Skillset Required
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of coordinating the delivery of services of a service based company
Proven track record of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and developing creative solutions to complex issues
