Reporting To: Aged Care Team Leader

🧭 About the Role
Do you thrive on order, efficiency, and turning chaos into calm? Are you a master puzzle solver who sees gaps in rosters and fills them faster than you can say “shift swap”? Then you might be the Scheduling & Rostering Coordinator we are looking for!
You will be the scheduling superstar behind the scenes — coordinating care and transport services, matching staff to clients like a pro, keeping compliance tight, and helping us deliver seamless support day in, day out.
🔧 What You will Be Doing
Creating rosters that are organised, timely, and leave no shift unfilled
Matching the right support workers with the right clients
Communicating roster changes like a legend – clear, timely, and kind
Coordinating client service requests and staff availability like a scheduling ninja
Ensuring everyone is trained, certified, and good to go!
Assisting with timesheets, payroll prep, and client billing – accuracy is key!
Monitoring workforce trends, transport needs, and compliance
Keeping our systems and records updated (hello, attention to detail 👋)
Being the friendly go-to person for all things rostering
🧠 What You will Bring
Must-Haves:
A passion for planning and people
Experience in scheduling, rostering or coordination (especially in aged care, health, or community services)
Great communication and admin skills
Familiarity with rostering software (CareMaster, TRIPS, or similar)
A current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
The ability to keep cool under pressure and adapt on the fly
A commitment to confidentiality, cultural safety, and compassionate service
Bonus Points For:
Cert IV in Business Admin, Community Services, or Human Services
Knowledge of award conditions and rostering regulations
Experience working with Aboriginal communities or people with disabilities or mental health needs
