Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm
Pay Rate: $33.96

As a Service Support Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our service department. Your duties will include:

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians
• Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates
• Allocate service calls based on urgency, location, and technician availability
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Assist the service team with parts ordering, follow-ups, and general admin tasks
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently

We're after someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or service coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle priorities
• A can-do attitude with a strong focus on teamwork
• Experience using scheduling or CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, MS Office)
