The Opportunity

We're looking for a Change & Communications Analyst who’s hands-on, pragmatic, and ready to jump into key IT transformation initiatives. You’ll be helping teams understand what's changing, how it affects them, and what to do next. There are continuous changes including, technology upgrades, and system transitions underway, your work will help make change stick - without overwhelming the team.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll turn project updates into clear, accessible communications that help people adapt with confidence. You’ll work closely with IT, operations, and public affairs teams to ensure staff know what’s changing, why it matters, and how to navigate it-all from the end-user’s point of view.

• Draft engaging, easy-to-understand comms from the user’s perspective
• Prepare change artifacts such as user guides, video tutorials, newsletters, posters, and training slides
• Work closely with the Public Affairs team to publish communications
• Support the rollout of major digital projects
• Participate in face-to-face sessions to guide end-users through changes
• Translate technical changes into clear, practical messaging for a non-technical audience

What You'll Bring

• Excellent written English - capable of producing copy ready for immediate publication
• Proven ability to write clear, concise comms for a diverse workforce
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills- able to work with technical and non-technical teams
• Pragmatic, approach - comfortable with directed work and tight timelines
• Flexible and hands-on - willing to tackle whatever is needed to support change
• Understanding of different communication styles and methods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)
