Change Manager – CRM & Billing Transformation

Initial Contract until December 2025
Hybrid working model

We are looking for a Change Manager to lead the change strategy for a major CRM & Billing transformation project. You will ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and communication efforts.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis to address resistance to change.
• Support leadership in embedding new ways of working.
• Oversee training programs and change adoption activities.

Requirements:

• Extensive change management or transformation projects.
• Extensive experience leading change in Salesforce CRM and Billing system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
