Change Analyst (Payroll/Timesheets)
Initial 6 month contract with extensions
Perth, WA - Full-time, Hybrid
$680 per day including superannuation.
Altitude is seeking an experienced Change Analyst (Payroll/Timesheeting)
to join a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.

Our client, a dynamic industry leader in the heart of Perth, WA, is on the hunt for a talented Change Analyst to spearhead the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across their organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in design and process workshops to understand the changes to payroll or timekeeping processes and identify impacts on people, roles, and operations.
- Support the development of stakeholder impact assessments, change plans, and readiness checklists tailored to the Payroll or Timesheeting workstreams.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of targeted communication materials and contribute to the broader communications strategy led by the Change Lead.
- Provide input into training needs analysis and coordinate content reviews with SMEs for Payroll or Timesheeting-specific training materials.
- Support the facilitation of change networks and feedback loops to help business areas prepare for transition.
- Monitor adoption progress and support the resolution of change-related issues in collaboration with the Change Lead and stream leads.
- Document key findings, risks, and concerns related to business readiness and escalate where appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining the OCM workstream schedule and reporting on progress against key milestones.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Change Management Lead or other senior project leaders as required.
Requirements
- Experience in organisational change management, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors transformation projects
- Understanding of business processes related to payroll or timekeeping (depending on assignment)
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
