About the Role

This role leads the planning and delivery of change management strategies to support business and technology transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, guiding them through change and ensuring alignment with broader priorities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies
• Engage and influence stakeholders to drive successful change adoption
• Assess change readiness, risks and impacts with mitigation planning
• Deliver communication, training, and engagement plans
• Support employees through business and technology transitions
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale ICT and organisational change
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives in complex environments
• Experience mentoring and building internal change capability
• Effective team player with strong problem-solving and planning skills

Existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
