Internal Sales - Steel Coils

My client has over the past 50 years, grown and developed a successful Steel Coil Sales & Distribution business and is well located in Eastern Creek to service both the busy Greater Sydney Metro and Regional centres in NSW.

This privately owned company promotes an "Awesome" range of competitive, quality, technically supported products.

My client offers customized service solutions to Rollformers, Fabricators and the general steel industry typically for use in the Commercial and Residential buildings.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, we are seeking a motivated customer orientated & experienced Internal Sales operative

- to actively interface with Customers and clarify and process each of their orders

- to ensure prompt courteous and accurate Service to each customer enquiries

- to monitor and expedite the timely deliveries of their orders for product as required.

- to proactively seek new business opportunities

- to work in harmony within the NSW team

You are an experienced Internal Sales operative

- with experience in promptly & accurately responding to Customer enquiries

- with a clear understanding of customer service and how enhance the customer experience

- knowledge of point-of-sale software.

- ideally some knowledge of plain and coated steel products and where they are used.
