Giuntabell Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager with an affinity for technology to join our professional team on a full-time basis, with a focus on streamlining our systems and end-of-month close procedures.

Duties & responsibilities:

Take on a lead role in managing financial systems and processes

Fostering strong client relationships

Administering the end-of-month close system to monitor and optimise EOM tasks

Oversee accurate and timely end-of-month close for multiple clients, ensuring appropriate documentation is completed

Provide financial oversight, including budgeting and planning and preparation of financial reports, aligning with strategic goals and relevant regulations

Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and integrations for process improvement

Advocate for AI and technology-driven solutions to enhance accounting practices

Serve as the primary contact for select clients, addressing reporting and financial support needs

Experience & qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience, preferably in the not-for-profit sector

Technical expertise and the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes

CPA or CA designation

Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities

Keen attention to detail and ability to identify inefficiencies

Passion for innovations such as AI and automation to expedite financial procedures

Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders

A forward-thinking approach to financial and accounting work

Ability to thrive in a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities
