About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Assistant to join our vibrant retail team at our Welshpool location. As a full-time Customer Service Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our thriving retail business.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations

Actively engaging with customers to drive sales and achieve agreed upon targets

Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payment methods

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a office furniture customer-facing retail or sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation
