Perth Furniture Warehouse is a well-established, family-owned furniture retail and warehousing business in Forrestdale. We’re excited to be expanding into a brand-new showroom in Forrestdale, and we’re looking for a motivated Furniture Sales Assistant to join our team.

The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll help customers in our warehouse/showroom, providing an end-to-end sales experience, including:

Processing sales accurately in our system

Contacting customers with order updates and following up on quotes

Understanding customer needs and offering expert advice

Handling phone, email, and Facebook inquiries

Booking deliveries and updating our website with new or modified items

Maintaining store presentation through merchandising and stock replenishment

Keeping pricing and product information up to date on our website

Hours & Availability

Full-time role – 5 days per week, including weekends

Enjoy a great work-life balance with our shorter opening hours:

Mon-Sat: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Sun: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages repeat business

Maintain stock presentation and ensure accurate pricing/ticketing

About You

Experience in retail sales or customer service is ideal

Passion for helping customers and achieving results
