About the role
We are looking for a Permanent Part Time Storage Consultant. The ideal candidate would be available Friday and Saturday, with flexible options for additional days if desired. This role is varied, covering all aspects of the day to day operations of a Self Storage Facility.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient customer service, both in-person and over the phone

Assisting customers with storage unit selection, bookings, and payments

Maintaining the storage facility to a high standard of cleanliness and organization

Handling payment transactions accurately

Completing administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail or property/storage industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office

A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude

Hours of Work
Current available hours of work are as follows.

9:00am - 5:00pm Friday
9:00am – 3.00pm Saturdays

With additional days available if desired and rostered days of for the Saturday shift
