9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
To $65K + super + generous annual wine allowance

Focused on old world estate philosophy and new world innovation, they produce quality wines that are always accessible and they continue to go from from strength to strength with an expanding distribution network across multiple major export markets.
Your Role:
Opportunity to showcase your customer service skills as a member of a small dedicated customer service team!
Your contribution will be key to the ongoing delivery of an an excellent customer experience.
You will enjoy a varied role with responsibilities including:
Timely & accurate processing of customer orders
Responding to customer requests and queries (via email, phone, chat)
Liaising with transport providers and internal stakeholders
Resolving any customer issues including delivery, claims, and returns
Monitoring stock transfers & levels
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in a product-based customer service role
Processing of customer | sales orders
Experience using an ERP | CRM system such as SAP or similar
Any exposure to the logistics and | or wine industry an advantage
