About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Cookie Man in Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Processing customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and communications
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using computer software and office equipment
• A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with MYOB is preferred but not required
