Join The Team - Customer Service & Administration Role as a Client Service Executive, who is responsible for providing excellent customer service end to end from pick/packing to admin to both internal and external clients

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support. In this role, you will:

• Provide efficient and high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Manage the full customer service process, including order picking/packing and admin tasks.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction by effectively resolving inquiries and concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

To excel in this position, you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment (jewellery experience is a plus!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• A calm, solutions-focused approach to resolving customer queries.
• A positive attitude and a cooperative mindset.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong conflict resolution skills, particularly with invoicing and purchasing issues.
