The Role;

• $80,000- $90,000 + Super + WFH Flexibility
• Monday – Friday, NO Saturdays
• No Routines! No Entries!
• Manage a clean portfolio
• No trust accounting or Leasing
• VA to assist with all admin tasks

About You:

• A 'can do' attitude
• Minimum 3+ years of Property Management experience
• Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable Presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong Communication skills
