The Opportunity

Murray Constructions is looking for a hands-on Precast Manager to lead the daily operations of our brand-new precast yard in Deniliquin.

This is a pivotal leadership role in our business - you’ll manage a crew of 10, oversee production and delivery schedules, and play a big part in the quality and success of major infrastructure projects across the Murray region.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, be based locally in Deni, and be home every night. This is a full-time permanent role in a stable industry with secure projects, strong management support, and genuine growth opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage a crew of approx. 10 across precast production and yard operations

Plan and schedule pours, deliveries, and workflow in coordination with site teams

Maintain safety and quality standards across all production activities

Work closely with senior management to streamline operations and meet project deadlines

Provide mentoring and leadership on-site - lead by example and problem-solve in real time

What We're Looking For

We’re after a practical leader who knows precast - someone who can run the yard, lead the crew, and take pride in doing it well.

5+ years in precast, concrete, or civil construction (ideally in a leadership role)

Strong planning, scheduling and communication skills

Hands-on approach to people management

High standards for quality, safety, and delivery

Experience reading technical drawings and managing workflows

Comfortable using basic digital tools or systems (scheduling, production tracking)

Tickets like a White Card, crane licence or relevant certifications are a bonus, but not deal-breakers. The right attitude and proven experience matter most.

What's On Offer

Salary range of $110–130K + super (higher salary negotiable for the right person)

Vehicle or vehicle allowance as part of package (TBC based on your needs)

Relocation support available for the right candidate
