Who We’re Looking For

The right Project Manager to join our family will be responsible for:

Overseeing end-to-end project execution, from planning through to on-site build completion.

Leading and empowering high-performing teams, including construction captains, tradespeople, and industrial designers.

Owning client communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Conducting site visits, managing change orders, and ensuring build quality meets Chopt Studio’s high standards.

Solving challenges quickly and effectively, keeping projects moving smoothly.

Track materials, manage suppliers, and oversee finishes and sampling schedules.

The skills and experience required for this role include:

Proven experience in event builds, shop-fitting, custom fabrication, or construction project management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to problem-solve, manage change orders, and keep projects on track.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills to balance multiple projects at once.

Excellent communication and client management skills to ensure clear expectations and repeat business.

A deep commitment to high standards of workmanship and execution.

Experience with site supervision and managing build crews on-site is highly desirable.
