What You Will Be Working On
Your role will focus on supporting the transformation of financial operations while enabling continued growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively participating in the streamlining or financial and IT systems and processes
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and reporting process
- Ensuring the execution of daily accounting functions including AR/AP cashflow management and reconciliations
- Bringing commercial insight to the analysis of operational improvements
- Contributing to month-end and year-end processes with accuracy and efficiency
What You Will Bring to Be Successful
We're looking for someone who combines solid accounting skills with a collaborative spirit. You'll thrive if you have:
- Wholesale or distribution of perishable products experience advantageous
- Experience with ERP systems (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- An attitude that aligns with our service-oriented culture
- The ability to manage day to day outputs and lead a small team
This position is based on-site in the inner southern suburbs of Brisbane with on-site parking.
