We are seeking a motivated Senior Environment Management Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to a key multi-year Human Capital Management (HCM) Program. This role offers the chance to play a vital part in reshaping the delivery of people management services.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has a minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in SAP BASIS, release management, or environment management within a technology-focused organization, and is ready for the next career step.

Has experience managing software releases in complex, multi-environment setups.

Possesses strong skills in SAP on-premises BASIS and is also proficient in hybrid environments, including SAP cloud applications (such as SuccessFactors, BTP, Integration Suite, and Cloud ALM). A solid understanding of technical architecture is highly valued.

Is a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of building effective working relationships with diverse internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.

Has a solid understanding of the SAP Transport Management System and practical experience with ChaRM for managing transport movements.

Is knowledgeable about authentication methods, including SSO using BTP IAS.

Understands regulatory requirements and security best practices and is committed to ensuring compliance.

Experience in a government setting would be advantageous.
